- Please take into account mobility issues. If you need a wheelchair, a walker or a cane, let us know, we need to accomodate the itinerary in the Palace and provide an adapted vehicle for visitors with mobility issues.
- Big luggages, backpacks and umbrellas are not allowed in the museum.
- Please take your ID card with a photo or passport with you, the agents of the museum may ask for it
- The museum may close without previous warning (strikes, internal meetings, special events…). If this happens we will provide our guests some alternatives of course, to modify the booking to the available slots, a walking tour insead…If any solution suits your program you will be refunded according to our cancellation policies.
