Restrictions and Recommendations

Tickets are included to the tour price and are non refundable
Our tickets allow a quick access to collections, but the security check is a rule for every single visitor, we cannot skip the security line.
We operate this tour with only 8 persons for each guide. We do not operate for larger groups for our guests’ comfort. If you need to book for more than 8 persons, please keep in mind that you will have to be in different groups with different guides.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time. Our guides will have to leave on time and it is not possible to join a tour that has already started.
Please take into account mobility issues. If you need a wheelchair, a walker or a cane, we propose to book a private tour.
Big luggages, backpacks and umbrellas are not allowed in the museum.
Please take your ID card with a photo or passport with you, the agents of the museum may ask for it
The museum may close without previous warning. If this happens we will provide our guests some alternatives of course, to modify the booking to the available slots, a walking tour insead…If any solution suits your program you will be refunded according to our cancellation policies.
Some specific rooms inside the museum are subject to rules requiring quiet or restricted right to speak inside. Some collections may vary during the year
