The Benjamin guide from Connecting France was excellent and very well documented. The journey from Paris City Hall to Place Vendôme was very interesting. Although we knew the Parisian spots included in this visit quite well, we learned lots of fascinating historical details. Well done. Congratulations to Benjamin.

This magnificent tour is for foodies who love to discover the history of culinary Paris. The guide is a chef herself and loves to tell you about the stories of ingredients, chefs recipes, wines and french dishes, while visiting and showing artisans, authentic restaurants/patisseries and bars. At the end she shared some amazing restaurant and patisseries to visit yourself. Make sure you book this tour in the beginning of your stay. We visited 2 more restaurants after the tour upon Nadia’s recommendation during our weekend and had The Best Food experience ever in Paris. Alban was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable, very passionate about the art and very energetic. As a family traveling with teens it was perfect. He was fast – he took the highlights label seriously and wanted to make sure we saw all of them (and it was a busy day at the Musee D’Orsay) so he walked very quickly between the artworks but paused at each one and gave really interesting insights and history. He is one of the best guides we toured with and I would highly recommend Alban.
